Arise & Build is the women’s ministry of One Kingdom Ethos — a four-stage journey designed to walk you from the place of bondage all the way through healing, formation, and into your God-given assignment.
It is built on one conviction: before a woman can build, the ground must be prepared. Before she can fully carry His glory, she must be formed. And before she can walk in her assignment, she must know who she is and occupy what she has been entrusted with.

Stage One — UNSHAKEN: Free Her🌿
UNSHAKEN is a four-lesson healing and identity journey that goes after the root. We do not start at the surface. We go deep — into the wounds, the beliefs, the generational patterns, and the agreements that have kept you in cycles you could not break on your own. In UNSHAKEN, you will identify what has been operating underneath your life, renounce every lie you have agreed with, release every person by name through prayer, and receive the truth of who God says you are.
This is not therapy. This is Spirit-led healing and freedom, grounded in Scripture, and designed to produce genuine freedom.

Stage Two — EMBODY: Form Her🌿
EMBODY (available as an e-book) goes deeper into that identity once it has been named. But knowing who we are in Christ is not the finish line -- it's actually where real warfare tends to begin. Once identity is settled, the enemy suddenly has something worth fighting for.
This is why trials often intensify after identity is settled, not before. EMBODY prepares a woman to recognize that pattern and stand firm inside of it, rather than being blindsided by it.
Stage Three — REFINED: Refine Her🌿
REFINED meets a woman in the middle of that warfare -- specifically, after the fire has already happened. She is standing in the ash. She is still telling the story of the fire, and she has not yet turned to extract what the fire actually produced in her.
REFINED's center of gravity is exposure and extraction: removing what covered the treasure, so what was always valuable can finally be seen, named, and carried forward. It moves through four sections:

Stage Four — LAUNCH: Kingdom Builder Master Membership: Send Her🌿
ENTRUSTED is for the woman standing in maturity -- past the fundamentals, past the ash, holding something real that the fire already produced. She is not being taught what she's called to. She already knows. ENTRUSTED addresses her as someone who already carries a clear assignment from God, and speaks into what it means to steward, protect, and move in what has already been deposited in her.
The ENTRUSTED Kingdom Living Masterclasses are the commissioning layer of UNSHAKEN — and they are offered as part of LAUNCH, housed within the Kingdom Business Alliance (KBA). LAUNCH exists to equip Kingdom Builders who understand that God cares deeply about how we do business and who we become in the process — raising up marketplace ministers who carry His presence, not just their profession. These sessions are taught by Michele Bryant through the leading of the Holy Spirit and grounded in the Word of God. The Master of these classes is Christ — and every graduate leaves not just inspired, but rooted and equipped to occupy what she has been entrusted with.

Individual executive sessions with Michele Bryant are available for women who are already walking in their assignment — leading, producing, succeeding by every visible measure — but who feel stuck. Capable, accomplished, and still carrying something underneath the title that hasn't been fully addressed.

Michele Bryant is a prophetic teacher, ministry leader, and the founder of Arise and Build Ministries — a fourfold ministry movement under Kingdom Prophetic Visionary Ministry. She carries a specific burden for women who are spiritually hungry but bound: women who love God and still find themselves in cycles they cannot break.
Her gift is translation — taking what God reveals through the Holy Spirit and building it into content, curriculum, and teaching that women can actually receive, walk in, and live from. She does not teach from theory. She teaches from what the Holy Spirit has done, is doing, and will continue to do in the lives of women who say yes.
Michele also serves as co-founder of Kingdom Prophetic Visionary Ministry alongside her husband Curtis Bryant. She is also a Real Estate Broker and CEO of READI Training & Development, a Kingdom-aligned real estate training company. Her dual assignment — ministry and marketplace — is not accidental. It is the living demonstration of everything Arise & Build teaches.
